Welcome to The Seagate

Kick back with a coastal break at The Seagate in North Devon. Situated in the heart of the pretty fishing village of Appledore, The Seagate is the perfect spot to explore the dramatic coastline of the South West Coastal Path and breathe in gallons of glorious fresh Atlantic sea air.

Dog Friendly Stays

Our dog-friendly bedrooms provide everything you need to keep tails wagging this summer. Complete with their own doggy bed or blanket, bowl and tasty treats, plus a selection of scenic walks around Northam Barrows Country Park just a bones throw away, there’s no need to leave anyone behind this holiday. Up to two pups can stay with you (in one of our dog-friendly bedrooms) for an additional £20 per night.
